Wade Macedone|Chief Executive Officer
Wade has more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He previously served as Executive Director of Quality and Analytical Development at West-Ward Pharmaceuticals, and before that spent more than 20 years at Boehringer Ingelheim in a variety of leadership roles.
Matt Niloff|Chief Commercial Officer
Matt has over 25 years of experience in technical and commercial leadership roles driving rapid growth for companies enabling the biotech industry with innovative bioprocess manufacturing technologies. After beginning his career at the MIT Center for Genome Research working on the Human Genome Project, Matt focused on driving the industry adoption of disruptive technologies at a variety of organizations including Millipore, Stedim, ATMI, and through acquisition, Sartorius, GE (now Cytiva), and for the last decade, Pall Corporation. Prior to joining Andelyn, Matt was a leader in Pall’s Integrated Solutions program where his team provided end-to-end manufacturing solutions and platforms, driving efficiency in the scale-up and manufacturing of gene therapy, protein therapeutic, and vaccine processes. He holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Biology from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
Cyrill Kellerhals|Head of Manufacturing
Cyrill joined Andelyn Biosciences in 2021 and oversees both viral vector and plasmid GMP manufacturing. He has over 20 years of Quality and Manufacturing leadership experience across Asia, Europe, and North America in the Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, and Medical Device industries. Cyrill has a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Chemical Engineering and an MBA with a specialization in Business Analytics from Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
