Andelyn Plasmid Center
The Andelyn Plasmid Center (APC) offers research, TOX, and GMP plasmid manufacturing, vector design, cloning services, and consulting.
Facility and Capabilities
The Andelyn Plasmid Center (APC), located at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, includes 9,500-square-feet of space for the full complement of plasmid services that enable viral vector programs from concept to commercialization.
Leveraging its 5 GMP, 2 preclinical suites, and a number equipment platforms including flasks and 50L and 200L single-use fermenters, the APC allows for the control of the viral vector supply chain and quality of critical raw materials. With our capabilities in research, TOX and GMP plasmid production to cloning services and enhanced AAV helpers and vector backbone, Andelyn offers greater efficiency in program management for starting material through vector manufacturing.
Quality & Compliance
Prioritization on our quality system, security, and data integrity ensures full adherence to GMP compliance, a vital component in the successful delivery of our clients’ critical gene therapies and our mission to bring more treatments to more patients.
