Will Fountain is the head of analytical development at Andelyn Biosciences. He leads a diverse organization of interdisciplinary scientists specializing in development, optimization, and validation of analytics relevant to the testing and characterization of viral vectors.

Will has over two decades of experience in analytical and pharmaceutical development with roles at University of Kentucky Center for Pharmaceutical Science and Technology, Ventaira Pharmaceuticals, and Battelle Memorial Institute. He joined Nationwide Children's Hospital in 2006, and Andelyn in 2020, focusing on the analytics and development of gene therapy products. He has a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Kentucky.
